By accessing or using VisualMint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. About VisualMint

VisualMint provides AI-assisted creative tools, including thumbnail prompt generation, creative direction, title and badge ideas, banner and promotional suggestions, and other conversion-focused content support for creators, brands, and online businesses.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VisualMint to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit malicious, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service
• Use the service to generate unlawful, misleading, or infringing content

5. AI-Generated Content

VisualMint may generate suggestions, prompts, copy, or creative guidance using AI systems. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any generated output. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, unique, legally compliant, or fit for any specific purpose.

6. Payments, Credits, and Billing

Some parts of VisualMint may require payment. Purchases may be offered as credits, usage-based access, or other paid features. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges.

Unless otherwise stated, purchased credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used within VisualMint. We may change pricing, credit amounts, or product offerings at any time.

7. Refunds

All purchases are final. Credit packs and subscription payments are non-refundable, including any unused credits remaining on your account, except where a refund is required by law.

This does not affect automatic credit returns: if an action fails and produces no output, the credits for that action are returned to your balance automatically. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period, and you keep access until it ends. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation.

8. Intellectual Property

VisualMint, including its branding, design, software, and site content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of the VisualMint platform itself.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to VisualMint at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, or misused the service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

VisualMint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisualMint and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VisualMint after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
